Welcome to Odysa
By using the Odysa website (odysa.app) and, in the future, the Odysa mobile app or any related service (together, "Odysa"), you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're straightforward.
1. Who can use Odysa
You must be at least 13 years old to use Odysa. If you are under 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.
2. Our service
Odysa is an AI-powered travel platform that helps travelers plan itineraries, discover destinations, and capture memories. At this stage, the only feature publicly available is a waitlist for early access to the app. Additional features will be released over time, and these terms will continue to apply.
3. Your account
Once Odysa launches publicly, you may be invited to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable use
When using Odysa, you agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
- Attempt to access, scrape, or interfere with our systems.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.
- Upload content that infringes the rights of others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to anyone who violates these terms.
5. Affiliate partnerships
Odysa earns part of its revenue through affiliate relationships with selected travel partners. When you book a hotel, tour, or experience through a recommendation on Odysa, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Full details are available on our About bookings page.
6. Intellectual property
The Odysa name, logo, design, content, and software are owned by Odysa and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse our materials without our permission.
Content you create within Odysa (your itineraries, notes, photos) remains yours. By using Odysa, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content as needed to operate the service for you.
7. Third-party content and services
Odysa includes recommendations, links, and integrations with third-party services (such as Klook and others). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of these third parties. Your dealings with them are between you and them.
8. Disclaimers
Odysa is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it accurate and useful, but we don't guarantee that information about destinations, prices, schedules, or availability will always be correct. Always verify critical details (flight times, visa requirements, safety advisories) with official sources before traveling.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Odysa and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cebu City, Philippines.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Odysa evolves. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date above. Continued use of Odysa after changes means you accept the updated terms.
